Exterior steel door with or without sashes with cladded or uncladded wood frame

Combination Prehung steel Door :
Steel door combined with laterally opening windows and/or fixed windows, and/or insulated panels with or without fixed sashes and/or glazed transoms

Utilisations :
On buildings of various uses and sizes.

Components and materials :

Frame :
Solid wood shaped, kiln dried to a moisture content not greater than 12% and preservative treated in accordance with A440-M00 and WDMA I.S.4

Frame thickness :
- 1 1/4” (31mm)

Frame depth :
- 4 9/16” (116mm)
- 6 9/16” (167mm)
- 7 3/16” (182mm)
- 9 1/4” (235mm)

Sill :
- Extruded aluminum fitted with a P.V.C. thermal break

Door panel :
- Galvanized steel door faces, 0.5 mm (0.024’’) thick-coated with a layer of primer, wood framing, urethane foam core R-16.
- 30’’, 32’’ and 34’’ wide
- Inswing and outswing

Door thickness :
- 1 3/4” (44mm)

Hinges :
- Ball bearing hinges zinc

Weatherstrip :
- Double weatherstrip
- Compression installed on hinge side
- Magnetic on head and on latch side
- Polyflex (head & jamb) to insulated hardware
- Multiblade bottom sweep weatherstrip

Large selection of door lites :
