Product’s description
Awning window:
White extruded aluminum and P.V.C. (polyvinyl chloride) frame window, sash swinging outwards horizontally from the bottom
Use:
On buildings of various uses and sizes
Minimum and maximum width and height :
Operating Awning:
- W : 16 1/8" (410mm) to 50" (1270mm)
- H : 15" (381mm) to 46 7/8" (1190mm)
Fixed Awning:
- W : 15" (381mm) to 96" (2438mm)
- H : 15" (381mm) to 96" (2438mm)

Components and materials:
Frame
- Exterior is made of white AA6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy. Interior is made of P.V.C. (polyvinyl chloride) in compliance with applicable standards. Includes an integrated 1/2”-3/4” J-trim.
- Assembly: The four (4) corners of the aluminum section are assembled with corrosion-resistant screws and a sealing joint is applied onto the assembly joint of the frame. The P.V.C. section is assembled by thermofusion. Both aluminum and P.V.C. sections are assembled together with corrosion-resistant screws. Corners are sealed with silicone before assembly
Frame thickness :
- Aluminum: 1.50mm
- P.V.C.: interior 1.10mm and exterior 1.70mm
Frame depth :
- 4 9/16" (116mm)
Sash:
- Exterior is made of white AA6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy. Interior is made of P.V.C. (polyvinyl chloride) in compliance with applicable standards.
- Assembly: The 4 corners of the sash are overlap butt joined with a 45° angle cut. The P.V.C. section is assembled by thermofusion. The corners are sealed with silicone before assembly.
Sash thickness :
- Aluminum: 1.27mm
- P.V.C.: interior 1.10mm and exterior1.70mm
Hardware :
- Roto gear operator E-Gard finish Maxim (Truth) depending of opening width
- Adjustable hinges with a gear arm E-Gard finish (Truth)
- Single point locking system (Truth) and bracket
- Folding handle (Truth)
- White finish
Weatherstrip :
- P.V.C. weatherstrip
- Brush type weatherstrip on sash perimeter
Glazing :
- Double sealed unit, overall thickness 7/8" (22mm)
- Air space 5/8" (16mm) with Thermal Edge spacer bar
- Using two 1/8" (3mm) float glass

Technical Characteristics
Weatherproofing system which allows the drainage of water that may have permeated into or humidity that may have permeated out of the building into the glass/sash and windowpane/frame joints.
